Through our long standing 25-year history working across Defence Estates and Secure Environments including Prisons we have successfully delivered more than £120million of works.

We have an excellent understanding of the Defence and Security sector including the MoD and HM Prisons where the complexities of delivering works with due care and respect are vital. These works have been key in the growth of our business, forming the backbone of many of our offices across the UK.

Our knowledge and understanding of the high standards exacted by Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is extensive, and our commitment to first class service delivery is paramount.

Since 1998, we have been delivering a range of planned and reactive maintenance works to Army, Navy and Royal Airforce sites across the UK, notably delivering the redecoration of the Grade II listed MoD Whitehall and The Old War Office. We currently deliver works to the value of circa £20m per annum, for MoD sector clients including Vivo, Mitie, Babcock, and Amey.

With over 300 security cleared operatives, we can ensure compliance with HM Prison and Defence standards and security requirements.

We understand the need for providing a sensitive approach when working across Secure Estates and locations. To ensure stringent access control, each member of our workforce obtains security clearance, with their skills and competencies verified via a robust approval process. All personnel responsible for delivering works across this sector have extensive experience working under strict security regimes. As most sites remain occupied with military staff and members of the public, we deliver bespoke inductions and ongoing training to stress the importance of minimising disruption and maintaining high levels of health and safety. Our teams respect the rules of each estate and remain flexible to meet the operational needs of each site.
