Overview

Bell Group have worked on numerous projects for the Church of England, completing refurbishment projects within the vicarages of the clergy. These works include bathroom and kitchen replacements and affiliated electrical and plumbing works. Flooring works, carpet replacements, laying vinyl and laminate and internal and external decoration and pre paint repairs.

As there is always very tight deadline on completion of these works, Bell Group appoint an onsite contracts manager to manage the works, all projects have a strict timeframe as works needed to be completed during a defined timeframe agreed with the tenant and Church of England. Tower scaffold and access has been used on many of the projects we completed high level works.

Site meetings and reporting – progress meetings, as well as day to day contact with the client to ensure the smooth running of the contract.

Our client, the church clergy were pleased with the standard and delivery of works and commented the courteous manner of our operatives.
