Our procedures for working within heritage and listed buildings involve working in collaboration with our client and heritage officers to maintain the conservation of each building. We work closely with each client and the appointed conservation specialist to identify products and materials which conform to the architectural and cultural significance of the building. Following this, we work with our supply chain to ensure the products specified match the colours and materials used in the original building.

We take great care to avoid access methods which could damage the building itself, therefore we implement methods such as ensuring scaffold is not tied to the structure. On each project our management team dedicate time and resources to ensure we fully understand each client’s objectives, whilst maintaining integrity of the conservation approach. Care and attention are taken throughout works to ensure that the overall finish is as natural as possible and in keeping with the unique ambience of the property.
