Bell Secures a Place on CHIC’s Kitchens and Bathrooms Framework.
Bell is delighted to announce that it has been successfully appointed to CHIC’s Kitchens and BathroomsFramework under Lots 1 & 2. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high quality services and solutions in collaboration with CHIC.
About the Framework:
CHIC recognises that our landlord members have a continuous responsibility to invest in their homes, including the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms on 20 and 30 year cycles. These significant investments require access to a range of suppliers and contractors to deliver rolling programmes of work. The Kitchens & Bathrooms Framework aims to support members in maintaining their customers homes by replacing components that are beyond their useful life, ensuring they meet prevailing standards.
This framework provides CHIC members access to procure contractors for replacement kitchens and bathrooms for both existing homes and New Build schemes. CHIC has separate frameworks for the supply of kitchen and bathrooms materials (pre-assembled or flatpack), including an optional fitting service. These can be used to arrange the supply of materials and contractors on this framework or contractors can be appointed on a supply and fit basis.
