Bell Group wins Employer of the Year Award!
Last night we attended the Clarion Futures Apprentice Awards in London amongst 100 different industry sector employers, and we are delighted to announce that we were crowned Employer of the Year and came home with the Outstanding Achievement award!
Our South London Community Engagement Coordinator, Victoria Adamson was there to collect the award and said, “to be shortlisted with such amazing organisations is fantastic, but to be able to bring home this award is an honour, especially from a client that really understands and supports our Apprentice and employment programmes”.
As the largest employer of Apprentices in our industry we work hard to go above and beyond when recruiting Apprentices. To be recognised by such a forward-thinking organisation whom, like us, are committed to making a positive difference to lives and communities is an achievement to say the least.
Our recruitment campaigns annually look to encourage under-represented groups into the industry and we are dedicated to recruiting the right people for the job, supporting them through their training, and encouraging them to be ‘the best they can be’.
Our partnership with Clarion, our Academy models and Apprenticeship mentoring (even our CEO is a potential mentor) reinforces our offering to the future employees of the industry, an industry that is crying out for new recruits who can achieve successful and rewarding careers.
