The Project

Decoration Package: Full strip, preparation of ceilings and walls by hand sanding and filling, in some instances full plasterwork was required .Woodwork was rubbed down and primed with Sikkens Rubbol Primer then finished with two coats of Dulux Acrylic Diamond Eggshell, ceilings and walls were coated with two coats of Dulux Matt Emulsion and feature panels papered with Tektura HB Castaway.

Refurbishment Package: Strip out of existing electrical fittings and installation of new lighting layout. Strip out and adapt original bar, clad existing bar top and vanity units in Stilestone, strip out and reinstate existing sanitary wear, general overhaul of all existing ironmongery and IPS system. Installation of antique mirrored panels to the pilasters in the main event space. Manufacture and install bespoke illuminated mirrors into all toilet blocks. Manufacture and install bottle step to client’s specification. Undertake any general reactive maintenance repairs throughout the project.
