Metropolitan
The project
Our work for Metropolitan includes the internal and external redecoration and repairs, cleaning of UPVC and clearing of gutters to tenant and leaseholder properties throughout the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington and Hackney. Works in accordance with the Crown specification are to:
- concrete (balcony soffits, edges and sides)
- render, woodwork (doors, cladding, fascias, soffits, rafter ends, cladding, doors, partitioning walls)
- exterior uPVC (windows , doors and panels, fascias and soffits)
- exterior metal work (downpipes, balcony supports, fencing, canopy supports, windows)
- galvanised cladding to bin store areas
- fire retardant Class 0 systems are applied in stairwells and communal areas
- all UPVC items are washed down
About Metropolitan Thames Valley
