Our experience in the Leisure sector is vast and varied and includes maintenance works to hotels, racecourses, bars, and sporting arenas for clients such as The Fairmont, Marriot and Gleneagles Hotel, Westfield Shopping Centres, Ibrox Football Stadium and Edgbaston Cricket Ground, and Robinsons Breweries.

We have seen this industry change significantly over the last 34 years, most recently with more money on spent on leisure and less on retail. The nature of work has also changed with clients looking for longer lifecycles and moving towards full refurbishments, rather than regular maintenance to avoid costly closedown periods. Therefore, we continue to tailor our offer to meet each client’s requirements to deliver the best possible outcomes, from providing an expert team of retail fit out contractors to supporting on smaller leisure maintenance jobs to keep your venues looking as sharp as possible.

Our works in the Leisure space are often within occupied premises, therefore minimising disruption whilst ensuring the health and safety of building users and staff is key. We establish relationships with key stakeholders, tailoring our programmes to meet their requirements to ensure the presence of our workforce causes the least disruption, enlisting out of hours or off-peak working where appropriate.

Our established ISO45001 accredited processes safeguard students and staff ensure high levels of health & safety at all stages of our works. All operatives working within this sector are DBS checked and cleared. Furthermore, we plan site and operatives’ movements around the work areas, ensuring effective segregation and the delivery of materials at specific times and locations is in place.
